How do I check if my date is available?

Simply fill out our availability request form and we’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm your date, delivery window, and options. There’s no obligation to book — just a quick way to get started.

What’s included in the Full Event Bundle?

Our $525 Full Event Bundle includes:

A 10x30 tent with full sidewalls

11 tables (8 6-ft, 2 4-ft, 1 5-ft)

80 folding chairs

Dimmable string lighting with remote

Full setup and takedown service

You save over $130 compared to renting each item individually.

How far do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the local area. Delivery is calculated at $0.75 per mile (round trip) from our base location. This fee will be quoted once we receive your event address.

Do you offer setup and takedown?

Yes — full setup and takedown are included in our Full Event Bundle and available as an add-on for smaller rentals. We handle everything so you can focus on your event.

What surfaces can the tent be set up on?

We can set up on grass, gravel, or concrete. The surface must be flat and accessible. If the area has specific challenges (like hills, trees, or tight spaces), let us know in advance.

Can I rent items individually?

Yes! Tables, chairs, tents, lighting, and add-ons like our AV Bundle or 10x10 pop-up canopies are available individually. Check our rentals page or request a custom quote.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

Our tents come with full sidewalls to provide shelter from light rain and wind. However, for safety, we may cancel setup in severe weather (high wind or storms). We’ll work with you on rescheduling or refunding if weather becomes an issue.

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes — a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and equipment. The balance and refundable damage deposit are due 72 hours before your event.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Cancel 14+ days before your event: Full refund of deposit

Cancel 7–13 days before event: 50% refund of deposit

Cancel less than 7 days before event: No refund of deposit
